I take Syvella. It works on it's own most days. My doctor recommended melatonin but, not sure about that yet.

Hi, I am on cymbalta, lyrica & gabapentin!! My doctor also has me taking B12 & vitamin D!!! The gabapentin helps at night for restless legs & it makes me sleepy!! But as for pain.... None of them really help!! Most days I have to take a nap after a few hours of being up..... So I'm not sure the vitamins are helping me with energy!! Maybe, I would be worse if I wasn't taking them!!! But I am not willing to take the chance & go off of them!!! Hopefully they would help you!! All of us are so different, it would be worth a try!!:)
