I have found - more & more - that my tongue seems to 'get in the way' when I am speaking and as a result I end up biting it. My tongue is covered with small ulcer type sores, (but as I have ulcers continuously in my mouth I am not entirely sure if they're caused by the biting or anything else). Does anyone else experience this too, I'd appreciate your advice or any tips you have. Thanks x

I bet I drink 40 glasses of water a day my mouth is so dry n I'm not exaggerating either. I can't get enough to drink.
I too have horrible itchy skin. I take hot showers n use baby oil to rub on me n the shower then again when I get out. It helps tremendously.

I have dry mouth and ulcers I have dipflam mouth wash on prescription from doctors hospital told me to use it 3 times a day you can buy it over counter at chemist about 7 pounds a bottle it's very good it works well for me

I haven't come across this but maybe a good idea to see the Fibro specialist or nurse maybe your Dr can do a referral for you. Another route maybe see a Dentist who is also trained in the Jaw and neck. I hope this helps you a little? Gentle hugs x
