Members confirmed that blurry vision and dizziness are common fibromyalgia symptoms, with many describing fluctuating vision that worsens with fatigue, screen time, or reading, and several noting their eye doctors found no physical issues to explain it. Several members shared practical coping strategies including taking regular rest breaks when vision becomes problematic, avoiding nighttime driving when lights become bothersome, and recognizing blurred vision as a signal from the body that rest is needed. A recurring theme was learning to listen to these warning signs without guilt, accepting help from loved ones, and finding community validation in knowing others share the same frustrating and often dismissed symptoms.
