Does anyone find themselves falling? Do you think it's the fibro?

My balance is bad and I have fallen often-I had read that people with arthritis are unable to catch themselves when they fall-I just had to learn to slow down and always look down when I am walking.

I fell three times already , the last time I overdid it with shopping, carrying and laundry later that I just got exhausted n fell backwards down three stairs and banged up my leg and back.

Yes, I understand that.At 61 with osteoarthritis not to say falling and breaking a hip is a real fear of mine. How would you work through that? I'm always aware of anything that I could trip over.Even outside I must look kind of odd always looking down at the ground.I have almost felt before having a rock roll under my feet.I think it must have something to do with our inner ear.It affects our equilibrium and balance.
