Hi everyone, I was doing pretty good for over a 7 week period and suddenly I have had a flare up. I was pretty active as I moved my Mom to a seniors apartment closer to my area of the province. I have been pretty busy and I suddenly hit bottom on my wellness scale. I come down with a nasty virus with sore throat, sinus infection, bronchitis which triggered bad spasms of asthma.
