Yes, I often feel that way. I have CFS and FM. I feel too exhausted to deal with the pain. I take Nuvigil sometimes. It's to help me wake up. I would try coffee, but I can't drink it. Hope you find something that helps. alices

At times it happens to my inner joints ( inner groin, antecubital area etc) where I cannot bend my affected body without excuritating pain. It resolves on its own after 30 mins or so

Yes unfortunately, at the same time knowing the only way to feel any better is to try to move somehow...
