In my opinion, it's trail and error to find the right med combination. Everyone is different, not all meds affect people the same way.

A lot of people have took a more holistic approach to fybro and stopped the medication, but please remember if you do stop anything to do it with permission from your gp and follow the steps given, the withdrawals from just stopping medication can cause untold problems,

I've looked at the actipatches . They do look good. I know slime people are trying to manage the condition without meds but I have already tried to manage without them and was almost bedridden. I work full time so I need help to function.
The doctor has listened. He has put me on the most medically recommended combo for fibro accord get to research and is doing a phased increase in dose until it is at the correct level. I use a tens machine and yoga stretches to support the muscles on the days I can. I hope this begins to er for me. I have forgotten what I used to be like.............

I've started using Actipatch, an electromagnetic pulse therapy. You can get this from Boots

I'm on Zomorph, oromorph, Ibrufen, paracetamol and nefopam for pain I was also on gabapentin which worked great, but the side effects made me more Ill and it was hard to tell where my illness stopped and the side effects started, the problem with fybro is that there is no one lot suits all, so please monitor any changes to your health when you start a new medication,
