Trazodone is good for sleep. When you get dizzy, it's time to lay down and sleep. You may sleep to long and/or feel hungover when you wake up, though. After 6 months of taking it, I developed tolerance to it and doc increased dosage. If that doesn't help, Seroquel works well, but it is very strong and you will fall down if you don't just lay down after you take it. It is so strong that it will make you sleep too long, so ask for a very low dosage to start. Both drugs work well, though
