I work with a neurologist who has seen much improvement with autism symptoms and epilepsy by switching kids to the ketogenic diet. Eliminating gluten is a start. It's not the vaccines that is the culprit, it's the inability to process the genetically modified foods like corn. This is also the theory behind autoimmune diseases. Our bodies don't recognize these foreign foods (genetically modified) and start attacking our own bodies. "The Paleo Approach" is a good read on how our bodies digest foods.

I know that I am milk/soy intolerant and I eat gluten free because I bloat terribly and feel horrible if I don't. My immune system is low, so I have to stay out of hospitals and away from sick people. I do agree that the crap in our food can be toxic to us. There was none of these problems years ago.

Vaccines are poison, do a quick search about "are vaccines dangerous" you'll learn some scary things. I read the other day that they found cancer cells in the HPV vaccine. You can't trust the government or big Pharm.
