I have been seeing a rheumatologist for about 4 years and I can honestly say that I have only gotten worse over the years. Just more of this to look forward to. along with the other illnesses I have I could not even get out of bed all weekend. I just rested and slept. But I still feel just as bad. nothing seems to help. especially since there are several things working against me

All my joints pop and hurt real bad, I have full body inflammation caused by a yet to be known disease. MRI showed inflammation in every joint growing rapidly, most likely AS like my brother. Real bad shit coming my way....

@A MyFibroTeam Member, I know all about the "Snap! Crackle! Pop!" And PAIN!
Yesterday, I finally received a prescription of 500Mg. *Nabumetone (generic for *Relafen. The pain from my shoulders and neck have decreased dramatically! Still some pain. But manageable.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, Not long ago, I saw my "hand doctor." Mentioned to him how Medical Science should by now have a liquid that could be shot into the joints to add in "Artificial Cortisone." My interpretation. My doctor said they are NOW working on something like this. It's a lubricant that helps mobility of the bones. Right now, it's being experimented with in *knees, only! You may want to ask about this.

@A MyFibroTeam Member and everyone, PLEASE be careful with the Cortisone shots! I used to use in between joints of my left thumb--only at a certain length of time apart. NOW, I have NO Cortisone between the lower bones of my left thumb. And I still have pain a lot of times. This is from my personal experience.

Okay. For all, Please go to Amazon.com and order a jar of *Sombra Analgesic cream gel. In "Heat Therapy" or "Cool Therapy." Use a disposable glove to apply-or have someone else apply. I use at bedtime, wearing a T-shirt over application before putting on PJ top. It would be almost impossible to get any sleep otherwise.

*Bed, Bath & Beyond has "lotion rollers." A bee hive looking style with rollers on the outside. Unscrew the lid to apply *Sombra (with a spoon) inside compartments. Afterwards, tighten lid back on. There is a long handle to reach in hard-to-get places. When finished using, place clear cover over the roller beads.

I hope this information helps everyone. Have a Blessed, Pain FREE weekend. Agape.

Hi, Teresa!
Yep, got it, too.
Ask your doc if Hyalgan Injections can help you.
VOLTAREN RX in both oral and topical are good for joint relief.
Our "pops" are due to tendons rolling over our bones. My trusty Large heating pad rests on my knees, when I rest.
Teresa, I wish you the best in health and happiness. Keep the faith!
