I'm not prescribed any pain medication can anyone recommend any good over the counter meds? Paracetamol and ibuprofen don't seem to do anything

I'm on 10mg, but also take Pregablin 600mg I also have Methotrexate (injection) to help with my arthritis
Does not remove all the pain, think it's best then you can tell if you are doing something wrong when moving around

Hi, I use a BuTrans Patch, also suffer from Osteoarthritis and Psoriatic Arthritis as well as Fibromyalgia. The patch doesn't have the same sleepy side effects as other strong pain killer [at least not on me]. I find i gives me some good relief plus you only change it every 7 days.
Ask you GP if he/she is willing to refer you to a pain clinic
