I was just wondering what foods/drinks other people have found help or make symptoms worse ? Or what others have done to lose weight ? Ive been newly diagnosed and still learning.
I find too much sugar, milk, bread and caffeine causes me to flare up.
Too much sugar and caffeine I think make my symptoms worse. If I eat out too much or eat spicy foods. Also lack of sleep. If I stay still too long or specially if I do too much at a time....I'm down for days.

I lost a lot of weight with berries and nuts, lots of water and regular black coffee! I work out hard one day the gentle the next with lots of stretchin. Yoga is great too :-)
