Can Anyone Recommend Magnetic Or Copper Bracelets?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question ๐Ÿ’ญ

Recently I've been thinking about magnetic and/or copper bracelets and their effectiveness with the symptoms of fibro. Now I know there is no cure, but I wonder if anyone has tried them or has any knowledge that they'd be able to share with me please. Thank you x

Members shared mixed experiences with magnetic and copper bracelets for fibromyalgia symptoms, with some feeling they provided relief while many others found no noticeable difference or benefit. Several members described trying both types of bracelets, with a few mentioning that copper seemed more helpful than magnetic options, though many suspected any improvement might be due to placebo effect, medication adjustments, or simply coming to terms with their diagnosis. A recurring theme was the importance of ensuring any magnetic jewelry is therapeutic grade rather than cheap versions, with practical suggestions including copper gloves for hand pain and the advice to consult a doctor before spending money on alternative treatments.

I have a magnetic bracelet, my parents bought it for me when I was diagnosed. I have felt better since wearing it but then I don't know if it could be other factors such as meds or coming to terms with the diagnosis etc. I've never been one to put much faith in them but as it was a gift I thought I would give it a go. I've literally not taken it off since I first got it almost a year ago for fear that it could be helping and not wanting to upset the powers that be. My parents believe that they could see a difference with me in just a week or so and there is no denying I am so much better than I was this time last year, I will say that it isn't solely responsible for the changes but it very well could have been a helping hand for me. (Maybe placebo effect haha) x

Hi, I have worn a magnetic one for years (10+) since being diagnosed with tennis elbow. I only ever remove this to shower. I wouldn't part with mine for love nor money X
