Does anyone else find there falling asleep during the day so go for a nap but then find it takes them ages to fall asleep at night? If I force my self to stay awake I end up with migrane but if I sleep It takes me hours to fall asleep at night even if I'm exhasted

Yes, I find myself needing a nap during the day and like you if I don't take one, I still have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep all night. I usually wake up around 1 or 2 am for no reason. I hate taking a sleep aid (Tylenol pm) but sometimes I need to in order to get a full nights sleep.
