Does anyone get the pins and needles sensation on their hands and feet? And is it all the time?

Yes, I have it in my hands and my feet. My R/A dr told me to start taking more iron. I have, it is seems to be working. I burning and tingling are not as intense as before. You might want to ask your Dr.

I get them too, a lot in my feet, like Diabetic Nerve pain, but don't have diabetes. Hurts all the time

I get pins and needles in my hands when I am holding a book or phone for any length of time also numbness and my hands become really cold to touch.
