Hi everyone. Someone posted a picture with different talking points and it talked about balance issues. It was called neurally mediated hypotension. Thought I would just pass that on. Perhaps that might be something to bring up at the Drs visit.
make sure you are hydrated with water of unsweetened ice tea. To communicate with your MD - think about the triggers or what triggers your body to lose balance; when it happens what are the circumstances, and any injuries. Be sure to talk to your MD - ask for an assertive devices walkers. cane, or scooters. So Sorry to hear you are having these issues!!!
My medicine that I'm on causes this. Are you taking any and could this be their side effects.
Emmasandy. Talk to your MD and get a referral to a vestibular clinic (usually pts and ots). They can teach you the eye and head exercises and exercises to help improve your balance. Good luck.
I can occasionally become unsteady on my feet, but not enough to feel unsafe. I haven't fallen either, just wobble from time to time as if I'm tripping over my own feet x
