I drink the aloe Vera gel daily, have done for six months, not touched a painkiller since October!!!
This time of year I think that's amazing!!! 💕love aloe Vera products

Try soaking in a hot tub with Epson salt and I also use baby calming bath lotion.

If you have large stalks you could put it through a juice extractor.

I tried it but didn't find much of a difference. But many natural nutritionists recommend it.

I agree with @GraceGallagherEpsom salts and a hot tub are great as the salts are full of magnesium which is great for muscle
Cramping.
