@A MyFibroTeam Member...I tried acupuncture for about 2 months (got a discount through Groupon). I don't think that it did anything for my fibro...but it certainly helped my stress levels. Like @A MyFibroTeam Member mentioned I also use Reiki when the pain is unbearable and it helps a lot...I am lucky in this regard because I'm a Reiki Master and can treat myself. Like @A MyFibroTeam Member said...it won't hurt so give it a shot and see if it helps.

I was using reiki for a while and loved it
I have used it for many years. It helps me by opening up blocked energy which in turn helps me to process stress much better. I've never really looked at it as a direct pain reliever but more as a life enhancer like meditation. I love it.
I have had acupuncture, but unfortunately had no success x
I've tryed it ,but it didn't work for me .No harm in trying it though ,It didn't make me any worse and for some people it helps.
