What tricks tips help you with brain fog
Make a list every day of what you need to do, you may not get it all done, but some of it you will, that you makes you feel you have achieved something. Also try to stay calm, there is nothing you can do, so slow up you are a fibro sufferer this is the way it is. .
I make to do lists, those help a lot. I also keep a journal about how I am feeling & anything new.
@A MyFibroTeam Member... lol!! I thought i was the only one!!! I just told my son the other day that if he asks me permission to make plans, he has to put it on the board or else i wont remember!
I didn't realize I do the counting thing like you @A MyFibroTeam Member until I saw your comment - mine is "3" for whenever I leave the house...I need my keys, wallet, and phone. ๐ - glad to know I am not going insane!
Yup! Fibro fog is real! EVERYTHING goes on my wall calendar in the kitchen. My boys know if they talk to me about something important past 6pm, I most likely won't remember so they are learning to put post-its with topics on my calendar. When I get ready in the morning I know I have to do 3 things before I leave the bathroom (brush teeth, face lotion, deodorant) Remember "3" and figure it out from there. Although, this morning I put deodorant on one arm so now I guess my number needs to change to "4" to account for both pits! I use the counting thing all day. Unloading dishwasher, how many pets I've fed... Haven't gotten lost in my town yet but I have a strict rule with driving because of the meds (home by 1:00 pm) ...and tons of lists...
