Everytime that I am in extreme pain I seem to get the shakes and I just wondered if anyone else has this or is it something I should be talking to my doctor about?

I have the shakes often sometimes they are coming from inside out. I checked and it is a Fibro side effect

I am a server and when I am stressed or in a lot of pain, my hands shake a lot! Imagine being handed a plate of hot food by someone shaking like a paint mixer... good times.

From what I understand, it's the body's way of dealing with pain.....like shock. Just to be sure, I'd check with your doctor.

Before I was diagnosed, I also suffered hand tremors. On a bad day I still sometimes get them but am assured that it is natural as others have answered. My problem is, because a few years ago I had a slipped disc that trapped my siatic nerve, my fibro pain does not seem as bad as I remembered that event.
