Ever since my 3 month fibro flare up I have been getting diarrhea. Some days I'll go a few days without it, but most days I have it. Could it be my gabapentin? They have been raising it a lot during the flare. Getting frustrated with it

Members overwhelmingly confirmed that diarrhea and bowel changes are common during fibromyalgia flare-ups, with many noting that IBS often goes hand in hand with fibromyalgia and can shift unpredictably between constipation and diarrhea. Several members shared that while gabapentin did not seem to be the cause for them, medication interactions and supplements like magnesium can sometimes trigger digestive issues. A recurring theme was acceptance and resilience, with members describing these bowel problems as yet another frustrating part of living with fibromyalgia that they have learned to manage day by day.

Yes I do I'm either constipated or always in the bathroom.

IBS developed here. Taking Gabapentin doesn't seem to be the culprit with me. I was off it for 2 1/2 weeks. Nothing changed.
