Every time a really bad Fibromyalgia episode is coming on I have weird sleeping patterns. I will usually sleep for almost two days straight in horrible pain and then I will have insomnia for 2-3 days straight in horrible pain. Does this happen to anyone else?
Yep, frequently
Exactly my pattern. I dont know why...I'll be awake for 48+ hours and then sleep for 3 days. Nothing helps to control it. It's usually stress that brings on the changes in sleep, so I try to avoid it if at all possible.
This is me. I can sleep forever and the pain is unbearable. Then for about a week I will be tossing and turning when I try to sleep. I finally just get out of bed at 5 am. But through all of it I am still in horrible pain. It don't matter if I am laying down, sitting up, or standing.
I'm just always tired
Me too, I'm usually doing laundry and dishes from midnight to 3:00am...
