My pain is mainly in my upper back and round into my ribs, if I do anything that requires bending I end up in terrible pain the sort that makes you feel sick, other times it's like a deep burning sensation absolutly awful pain. Hope you feel better soon xx

Reading this I feel for you but I understand totally the want to not take lots of pain meds, however there is a solution you can try that will get you through the day, ask your Dr for lydocaine patches @5%,
These are like heat patches only they contain a pain killer and they only act on the muscles that the patch comes into contact with. You can wear them for 12 hours at a time only then you must remove them for 12 hours again, but you are not limited to how many you can wear so if it's a large area that's hurting then wear enough to cover it. Good luck and I promise you this will help xx

The worst of my pain is in my upper back, neck and shoulders and just in the last 6 months it's spread into my arms and hands n some leg aches..but that upper back pain is like a stabbing pain including my ribs...I haven't found anything that takes away that pain fully..I can dull it, I use Lidocaine patches and just recently started taking pain meds and I hate them too.but they both help.. even typing is difficult for me and has been for years so I completely understand...and the pain is exhausting!

Penny, my upper back hurts when I stand to long, I think it is pore posture for me. I go to chiropractor and she works wonders. Usually first trip does it but I keep going so she can get my upper back straightened out. This is what works for me you need to see you dr before you make up your ming. Gentle Hugs and God Bless You, Penny

I have terrible lower back pain. I am sorry you may need to get an MRI. My lower back I have major Arthritis, and I had endo which I had surgery, but only way for it to go away is not good for me now. I hope you feel better.
