Epsom Salts

Epsom Salts

Has anyone heard of the benefit of using Epsom salts in the bath to help alleviate Fibro symptoms?

I have heard that they are good. I meant to buy some this afternoon but forgot all about it until I read your question. Oh well that's life.

I use epsom salt and add magnesium oil as well as essential oils to my bath. Maybe it helps or maybe it's a placebo, but an hour in a hot tub is a great way to unwind

I personally can't feel much of a difference after an epsom salt bath. I have epsom salt lotion by Dr. Teals and I can't decide if it's the lotion of the rubbing in of the lotion that helps me feel a little better. Lol
