Just wondering if those who live in Arizona find that the dry weather is helpful in that it does not add to the pain level. I leave on the east coast and the constant weather changes really jump up my pain level. So much so, I am considering moving! :(

I have found that both Cold and rainy weather seem to make my pain worse, I live in South Florida..So it really doesn't get super cold yet if it gets in 50's and 60's, I seem to have more pain and while the summers are so hot and humid here as long as it isn't raining, I feel less pain unless I'm just having a flair up, then it doesn't matter what the weather is..I try to stay as warm as possible, especially in my upper back/chest area when it's cold and that helps...I seem to be very sensitive to the cold..during the summer..I like to keep it around 79 degree's but then my husband and son are sweating..weather makes a difference to me.

@A MyFibroTeam Member Toto I have problems with the change of the weather. Since I live in NH, and the weather changes constantly, means I'm always feeling it. Once the change goes through, the worst of my pain usually goes away. Though I find extreme cold is painful, but that's due to my Raynauds Syndrome more than fibromyalgia, I think. The heat gives me headaches and can bring on some pretty bad migraines if I don't get relief from it.

I have trouble with extremes--either hot or cold. I overheat so easily that all of summer is pretty miserable for me but I think as far as pain goes, the cold and rain is bad. Luckily I live in CA where the weather is very mild and we don't get much rain (also an issue when in such a drought!).
