Barely tapped the ball joint of my shoulder on my car door and locked up my entire neck and back. Do tiny trauma you used to ignore now cause flair ups?

Washed my foot in the shower the other day and must have twisted my hip a little. Wasn't sure I was going to be able to stand on it to get out of the shower. Yes it doesn't take much to create a lot of pain. You never know what will trigger a flare. Just deal with it when it happens and enjoy the time in between. It's not like we have a choice.

It seems anything that can aggravate nerves can possibly start a "flare up". We are hypersensitive. I've learned that just because it doesn't " sound" right has nothing to do with how it may or may not feel. Each person is different. But yes, unfortunately, this "sounds" like the culprit.

I think my shoulders are just my problem area. My dog went after another dog at the vet yesterday and I was wrenched around, locked up shoulders and neck this morning.
