Ha!!! Great idea! I walk around with sticky notes and they are EVERYWHERE AND I mean EVERYWHERE even in my car!

I find pacing myself and listening to yr own body works' don't push yourself because u will pay for it the next day, is doing that extra load of washing or cleaning worth being laid up the next day ( NO ). Tomorrow is another day it does not need to be all done in one day' to the point that yrso exhausted u can't get out of bed the next day. I learnt the hard way. I was told slow down or I would be in a wheelchair within 3yrs' that time has past and I don't need that wheelchair, u have to listen to yr body and u will see big results, believe me I was a person who could hardly get out of bet without help. I can do everything myself now by just listening when yr body tells u its time to rest. Sending big hugs xx
