if you are going into occ health as part of your work - Ive always taken an RCN member with me. They will try to push you but dont try to do more than you know you cant,
Don't let them push you into anything you don't feel comfortable with. I have a great manager and colleagues but it's not a one treatment cures all type of condition. I have to keep repeating that at occ health apps. Good luck xx
I work for the NHS but our present govt is determined to destroy it and it's employees. Hard enough dealing with the fibro so the thought of going back into that stress hot pot is not something I'm looking forward to xx
I must admit the NHS dont make it easy for people with fibro, occupational health have a field day with you even after two interviews - now I dont take anything for granted.
