I would love to lose some weight but just cannot seem to accomplish it. I get in so much pain I don't move very much. Even when I am really watching it I lose very little. It's so frustrating! I'm right there with you and the dr says I need to lose some weight. He also tells me to walk every other day but no more than 10 min and very slow. I watch my food but how can I lose weight when most days I can barely move and I have horrible problems not getting enough sleep??? Vicious cycle.

I use Yoogaia.com, it's really good and has any kind of work out you need. Also on youtube you could try "Yoga with Adrienne". Good luck :D

In the matter of weight loss, I am using Probioslim. Its working, Yay! As for Yoga, Wal-Mart has a DVD for Yoga that I was using and it's very gentle. It has two different types on it, Ha the and Flow. Its called Yoga For Begginers by element. Hope this helps!!

Even though I was diagnosed 25 years ago and have not changed my meds, I have gained 40lbs in the last 4 years. I eat at night too bc it is the only time I am hungry. It's also the only time I can eat without my stomach bothering me. Sucks to be us. I really hate my body.
