Yes - MSM is better.

Forget the Glucosamine, take MSM. It is fantastic for pain. I started taking it for my hair that was falling out, and after 6 months I suddenly realized that my knees didn't hurt anymore. It isn't an instant fix, it takes at least 3 months to take complete effect, but it really worked for me.

I just found out about MSM (organic Sulfur) for Fibro & I'm probably going to try it. There is a product that comes in crystal form of MSM (99% pure) & supposedly most effective.
