Does anyone else get pain behind their eye, not with headaches. Like the nerve is overstimulated.

Members shared their experiences with eye pain without headaches, describing symptoms ranging from tired, dry, bloodshot eyes to sharp stabbing pains and sensations of swelling or nerves twitching. Several members found relief through prescription eye drops for dryness, cold compresses, Vaseline around the eyes, or supplements like olive leaf extract and Topamax, while one member was undergoing further testing after discovering possible nerve damage. A recurring theme was the connection between eye symptoms and fibromyalgia or central nervous system dysfunction, with many members reassured that their eyes were otherwise healthy despite the discomfort.

My eyes get tired, blurry vision, bloodshot and aching behind them . My optometrist told me my eyes were very dry, probably a symptom of fibromyalgia. She gave me a prescription for eye drops, works really well no more eye problems.

Yes. In fact right now I don't have a headache (or if I do I can't tell, lol), and my eyes are painful, also bloodshot. But they're in excellent condition; I just had a full optometry work up and all is well. What gives? More CNS symptoms, I suppose.

I don't have pain in my eyes but some times it feels like they jerk almost like a nerve twitch.
