Pelvic And Back Pain
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

every time I have a flare up I suffer severe groin, pelvic and lower back pain. as well as hips, bottom and shoulders,I recently had a cortizone injection in my pelvis, but did not make any difference, I was told it could be "Chronic pelvic pain syndrome" brought on by stress and anxiety. p.s. I am a man.

I get the same pains, I found a chiropracticor who knows how to treat, I see him when it is bad. More and more Physical Therapist are also trained in this as well.
Stretching really does help.
Good luck.
