Members shared various tools they use to track fibromyalgia symptoms and pain levels, with several recommending digital options like Pain Tracker (a free iOS app that can print or email reports for doctors), WebMD Pain Coach, diary apps with photo and backup features, and Patients Like Me (a web-based platform with charts and doctor questions). Many members acknowledged still searching for the ideal tracking solution, with one noting that a paper journal works well but a digital version would be more convenient. A recurring theme was the importance of documenting symptoms over time to share with healthcare providers for better treatment planning.

I use Patients Like Me, a site I found on the computer, something like this one. But it keeps charts and questions to ask your doctor.

I found a paper journal for pain which seems pretty good but one on my tablet or phone (android) would be better
