I was in a clinical trial for pain meds. They paid for all my dr appointments that related to the trial and any tests, x-rays, etc. The one I was in was not blind study so I knew I was taking a new drug. There was no difference in the pain meds to me so at the end I went back to my normal meds. I would ask if this is about meds or what are they trying to find out in this trial. That might help you to decide if you want to participate. Also would ask if this is a blind study if this is a med study. Once I was referred to the study the next person sat down to discuss the study in depth. Get all your answers before you agree to do anything.

I'm scared to death to use marijuana. In my opinion it only put me in a fog. Right down to it, it didn't help the severe pain. I also want to be clear headed. It's bad enough with medications I take for other health problems has enough side affects.

Hi, just wanted to keep you up to date. Today I had my first app and it didn't went well. This clinical trial is about flexeril, I'm pretty sure you know about this, is a muscle relax... The thing is that I can't participate in the study du to my chronic migraines and I can't be without my topamax or my pamerol .... And they will need to take you out of all your meds to participate in the trail.... Well at least I tried.
