@A MyFibroTeam Member I took an at home sleep study and when I did sleep at night, like 2-3hours, during the study it said I had mild sleep apnea. I was given a cpap machine and 2 nights I have slept 8 hours this week and feel great during the day. Before I would have to take a nap during the day and I would fall asleep if I was sitting too long in the evening. I feel better pain wise because my dr said I am able to "reset" my nerves at night with regular sleep. I hope this helps someone
Iv been a using mine for some time know its made no different s to my fibromyalgia I have a full face mask
I've been using my cpap for months and have noticed no difference in my fatigue or pain
@A MyFibroTeam Member for the past week or two I slept all day! From the time I dropped the kids off at came home until it was time to pick them up and then went back to bed around 8pm. I felt like a zombie. Rhuematology says its chronic fatigue and Pulmonary says I need my CPAP machine... I'm lost here and don't know what to believe. I will say that my pain was less while I had all of that time to rest!
I have had cpap since 1989 wear it ever night I still fall a sleep in the day time.
I'm tried all the time and have trouble sleeping. But when I dream I sleep and when I wake up I feel like I'm hung over and no I don't drink.I can figure that out going to ask the Dr. About it.
