I had a doctor that told me the same thing...... I got a different doctor. I'm doing much better. I know I'll never be without pain, but I also know that with the right doctor it can be tolerable for the most part.(((hugs)))

I am in Florida now and to be honest i feel like i have gotten worse since being here... In NY i didnt feel as bad as i do on a daily basis maybe cuz i am not there for the cold weather but i do know that the warm weather makes my pain worse.... I have also noticed alot of itchy patches around my joint area like by my elbows. Has anyone else have this? I would like to try the swimming part to see if it helps

@A MyFibroTeam Member I have quitecca variety on my exercise plan. I try to work out three to four hours s week. I do one hour classes including light weight weights , gentle barre , yoga and walking up to 3 miles once a week. I also try to include a stretch or gentle yoga once a week as a bonus/reward workout. Guided meditatin (u-tube) works wonders when I make the time for it It really helps a lot!!!

MollyFrost what is your exercise regime? How many miles do you walk each day? How many steps do you record on your pedometer? How many lengths do you swim? I'm just trying to get a feel for what exercise people actually do. Many thanks!
