Very common in fibro suffers especially in the first few years my knee would give way with me and down I would go for no reason the power just went out of my leg. I seen a neurologist and he put it down to too high a dose of painkillers so slowly get them weaned down to just taking 8/500mg co-codamol this has helped. Take thiamine (vitamin B1) for cramps. Legs still get sore mostly at night or if I have been on my feet too long but you need to try and do some light exercise each day even if it is only walking around your house for 5 minutes a day it all helps try and get to know your limits do not overdo it.
Don't over do it even when you feel good. It will take days to be rested again and your body can only stand so much pain and then something gives out.
I find it difficult to clean tub without pain after, muscle spasms and I cannot carry vacuum to do stairs even if it is the small rechargeable kind without causing a lot of pain throughout my back. I take magnesium , bit D, calcium, omega 3 and vit b12 to help with pain and fatigue per md
Never overdue it. Pace yourself.
Teri.....You said it!!!....Don't over do it.....Wish I had thought of that Wed...:)
