I haven't tried magnesium oil ,but I use a magnesium powder called Natural Calm. You mix a tsp in hot water. You can increase to 2 tsp as long as 1 tsp doesn't cause diarrhea. It work great for me in many ways. Sleep is just one. I tasks out a week pefore my "time of the month" and It decreases my migraines and PMS and irritability. It helps my muscles tension so I can relax and go to sleep and stay asleep. My problem ius I wake up in the middle of the night.... Then my mind starts racing and I can't go back to sleep... This magnesium helps keep me asleep.

I also take tumeric, made into a paste. After 3 days on it my pain went. I am on it about 5 weeks and have had no back pain since. I swear by it. Now if I could get rid of the fatigue I would be happy. Glad it's working for you

This is my 3rd week taking turmeric for inflammation and pain. At first I no change. Second week less stiffness in joints. Day 3 of the third week I'm impressed with how I feel.

Right answer Shawnee..................too much Magnesium can be harmful as well as not enough. I always get checked for Magnesium, Calcium, D3 and other supplements which should be in your annual check anyway.

Banana take one as day contains about 32mg of magnesium much safer then manmade oils or sprays. For leg cramps take Thiamine (vitamin B1) one tablet a day it greatly reduces cramps but you have to take it long term to work takes at least 3 months to start working and it does work one tablet every morning. Epson salts in the bath water helps your muscles to relax but try and avoid doing it too often too much is not good for you.
