I have really bad temperature fluctuations. One minute I'm freezing, the next I'm boiling. Its really horrid. I hate being and unfortunately I spend the majority of my time way too hot!
I don't know if there's anything that can be done, I haven't discussed this with my GP. Hope you find a resolution soon.
I am usually too hot! I can be sitting still at work and suddenly feel extremely overheated and break into a sweat. On rare occassions this happens but with cold. My feet are almost always ice cold, though. Soft socks and leather boots seem to keep them warmest.
Absolutely! I am rarely comfortable. Hot and cold all the time. I wake up all night long putting the covers on, and throwing them back off again. My husband used to joke, saying my "thermostat was broken"!
My feet are like ice all the time. I hate wearing socks though, because any pressure at all around the inside area of my ankles causes extreme pain. The rest of me feels hot all the time. I haven't used anything more than a light sheet to cover my feet in bed for years, but àlso need the ceiling fan on at all times.
Does this màke sense to you?
Not being able to sustain a comfortable body temp is a very common fibro symptom. I go from dripping sweat to freezing within a matter of seconds. In do this all night and sometimes all day. It makes everything worse and makes me feel like I'm dying when it gets extreme
