I never suffered from sinus before the fibro but I've had 3 attacks this yr. Does anyone else suffer like this. There very bad I have to take to my bed with them and my face is all puffy.

That's so interesting. I'm so glad you're finding relief with it too

I have had sinus pain for years ... My new Dr suggested I try a therapy called "Prolotherapy"
It is a series of weekly injections into the face where the sinus nerves are and basically is a synthetic sugar that 'switches off the nerves'. Relief is from 4 hours up to 4 days and the treatment lasts for around 8 weeks. Everyone is different so the length of relief and the number of sessions required varies. I've had amazing success, no more aching face or headaches! (I had 12 sessions all up)

I have always suffered with sinuses, but with the fibro I get an attack almost every other month, with sore throat and headache.
