During a recent fibro flare, when I had some pretty bad muscle spasms and non-epileptic seizures, my larynx or throat clenched, and I couldn't speak for about 24 hours. Later, when my speech returned, my throat hurt, and two weeks later my voice is still weak. I went to the ER for stroke symptoms but am ok, and have talked to my neurologist about it (no answer). Anyone else had this?
