Lots of stretching and exercise is the best. Any meds are just a temporary relief. You have to fight this on your own. It is a struggle but if you keep to good dieting and exercising you will see and feel a huge difference

Yes pain medication , I don't understand why they give antidepressants for pain, I mean it's pain I'm in, not depression, I tried it once I slept for 24 hrs didn't like it at all
