I've noticed that my pain meds decrease sensation in my genetalia, so I try to forego them close to bedtime. I've also noticed that the more I have sex, the higher my sex drive is. My advice is to try to do it more, as long as it's not causing you more pain, and you might find your sensation and drive will improve. Also, the endorphins released during sex really help the achy type pain, and definitely improve my mood :).
I was relating it to the meds and the change.. Thankfully after 27 years he's very patient. But I've also found a hot bath and glass of wine do help !
This is quite interesting actually I'm only 24 and my sex drive is very very low which is not good when trying for a baby. My fella has got a huge sex drive and he wants it all the time he will come over to me and try turn me on and I'm not interested I'm not even getting turn on because I block it out somehow yet he doing everything which should turn a girl on which use to turn me on ; (
I have also, I have been putting that on menopause but maybe it's also the Fibro. It takes a lot for me to reach orgasm because I don't feel it like I used to.
