I understand I'm on pain 24/7 all the time it doesn't change. When I stop moving and relax a little in my living room the pain stops for a while but then my arms start hurting and my hands. When I get up then my whole body hurts it take a few minutes to get back in track. If I go walking my dogs I could only do it like for 5 minutes before my body starts hurting me all over especially my legs and feet.
I find I get flares pain extremely unbearable when weather changes, if I am under stress and when I don't get enough sleep.. Lol. I am also like you I find once I relax for the night I find the pain becomes worse. Hugs
Hi all for answering my question :)
It's 11.15pm and I feel the pain I feel everyday aches pains and stiffness all over my body its where I've relaxed for night it feels stronger and can't do anything to get comfortable
For me also heavy flu like symptoms ( like right now) which basically force me too slow down as usually I will go on even when stiff and painful joints. I get these flares a few days a month.
Yes flu like symptoms. Headaches etc. For me I can get what I call a flare up which can last a few days for me. Then ease off and I just get the usual tiredness and odd pain etc. I just have to do what I have to do. Which is my horses and any work but take it easy in between. And that can mean going to.bed for a few hours if needed to rest in between. I'm lucky I work for my family and so they are now starting to understand that I have theses days sometime. X
