I have suffered with a chronic cough from October till May for the last three years. Doctors don't know if it is related to fibro, does anyone else suffer from this.

Members shared their experiences with chronic winter coughing, many confirming they face similar struggles and aren't sure if it's connected to fibromyalgia, GERD, sinus issues, or other conditions. Several members offered practical remedies that have helped them, including a homemade lemon-ginger-honey mixture, steam treatments, cough drops, inhalers, chest heat, and cough medicine as needed. A recurring theme was the exhausting nature of living with a persistent cough for months on end, with some members coughing for over a year, and the frustration of not having clear answers from doctors about the root cause.

Same here. Also easier choking now. Haven't figured out the reason - keep cough drops with me all the time and take cough medicine as needed. Heat on chest sometimes helps.

I've had a cough for over 18 months. Had xrays blood tests. It's constant every day & ight. My GP gave me inhalers which sometimes helps. Steam is good. It's knackering along with the fatigue. X
