Has anyone had knee replacement surgery? I will be having my left knee done in January. It is a pretty intense surgery and recovery for those without fibro. I was wondering how fibro alters surgery and recovery?
Thanks.

I had not a knee replacement but left ACL repair and the recovery was pure torture 2007, and even now not 100% so I hope it is much easier for you; stay strong and do everything they tell you in Physical Therapy or you can make it much worse. ((HUGS))

My girlfriend had hers done this past summer. I finally got her to come to water exercise for arthritis and it is helping her. The tradition PT can be very intense I hear. Water Therapy helped me with my FM, love the water.

I had my knee done in 2010. Went to physical therapy for another 12 weeks. Went pretty good for me.
