Lately I've been taking naps daily at exactly 1:30pm until roughly 3:00pm. Does anyone else suffer from this?!

Members overwhelmingly related to the experience of needing daily afternoon naps, with many describing similar timing around 1:30-4:00 pm and sharing that these rest periods help them manage exhaustion, pain, and the demands of daily life with chronic conditions like fibromyalgia and depression. Several members noted that medications, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia, and poor nighttime sleep often drive the need for daytime rest, while others mentioned practical challenges like balancing naps with work schedules or nighttime sleep quality. A recurring theme was self-compassion and listening to your body's needs, with the community affirming that if your body is asking for rest, taking that nap is both necessary and beneficial.

I can't take naps due to work, but I was having the same problem. I am taking a product called Fibro Relief, it is a supplement containing vitamins, minerals and herbs, I have noticed that it helps relieve this problem. I started taking it because I was on so many vitamins and supplements I wanted something that contained them all.

It sounds like your body is crying for the nap and can only do your body some good.
