yes! It's a must for me! But cross contamination is real. Especially if you have small children n husband that are not gluten free n you have to prepare their meals. My children are finally grown out of the house n hubby cooks for himself most days so I have avoided cross contamination. Not sure what they are putting in the food these days but once I started keeping a food journal I realized after eating something with wheat flour (gluten) a few days later or the next day I was in bed for 3-4 days with horrible flair. You don't realize it because it's effects are days later. I am also vegetarian. It has all helped keep flails under control. Haven't mastered the everyday back pain yet. Lol

Yes I'm on a gluten free diet. I'm less foggy. My IBS is gone. I also eat low glycemic index foods. I also avoid dairy, soy, sugar, processed food , corn, peanuts , tomatoes onions and eggplant. I feel less bloated. Less heavy. More energetic.

Yes…Several doctors have recommended to me and I went gluten free 5 months ago. It helps decrease inflammation and IBS symptoms. It felt like a huge relief to my system and I have more energy. I thought it would be really hard but after the first month it was easy. There are so many stores that carry gluten free items that you can substitute everything.
