Members described severe foot pain as a common and debilitating symptom of fibromyalgia, often feeling like walking on rocks or pebbles, with many experiencing the worst pain first thing in the morning or after prolonged standing. Several members shared strategies that have brought relief, including Epsom salt soaks, supportive footwear like Adidas slides with acupressure nubs, Dr. Scholl's heel supports for plantar fasciitis, and dietary changes such as cutting out starches. A recurring theme was the frustration of chronic stiffness, tenderness, and the inability to wear cute shoes, paired with practical advice to see a foot specialist who can diagnose related conditions like tendonitis or plantar fasciitis.

In the mornings it's terrible because my whole body gets that morning stiffness. It makes me feel like the tin man in the Wizard of Oz. I normally spend an hour in bed moving, stretching and cracking my whole body before I can get ready for work.

@A MyFibroTeam Member. Is it possible you have a neuroma inside your foot? I've had that. Feels like something in my foot. Usually under the ball if your foot behind 2nd and 3rd toes.

My right foot especially feels like it has a rock in it all day. My feet hurt all the time and are cold.
