Yes, my hands, wrists and fingers hurt. It feels like I have arthritis, but It's just the connective tissue and muscles aching. Also, I have heard that there is research suggesting that Fibro affects the blood vessels which makes sense too. I'm not sure that was ever proven, but interesting. Warm water soak helps or I have mittens that can be warmed in the microwave for my hands which are mighty comfy at times.

My hands have been hurting more this Fall. I've never had them hurt like this. I think a good part of it is holding my phone using Facebook and even on here. Seems like anything new that you start doing quite often brings on a new pain for a while. I remember when I started using a mouse with the computer, the trigger finger muscle up in the top of your arm hurt for a year. It's aggravating to say the least.
